Job Summary
Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor oversees manufacturing engineering activities within assigned manufacturing cells, driving lean initiatives, reviewing ECNs, assigning inventory locations, creating shop floor instructions and layouts, and supporting capital and facility upgrades. The role requires coordinating SWAT team activities, ensuring production readiness, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet operational metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree and/or related technical courses with relevant work experience.
- Lean certification or equivalent Lean experience.
- Experience working in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Skills in AutoCAD or UniGraphics, and strong Microsoft Office abilities.
- Good communication, organization, and problem‐solving skills.
- Travel required: upto 10%.
