Job Summary
Manage a team of process and technical domain engineers to ensure up-to-standard technical services for the site and production area. Conceive and design industrial projects with the lowest possible cost and in a sustainable way, while defining R&I and production technology strategies in collaboration with business and top management. Analyze production processes and equipment for troubleshooting and improvements, ensuring accurate process documentation and deploying best practices. Support Quality in root cause investigations for internal and external issues, maintaining safety targets and reducing downtime, waste, and quality concerns. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive productivity and standardize manufacturing processes.
