Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of offshore Test Engineers and subcontractors while overseeing end-to-end test operations including NPI, CIP, and debugging to optimize yield and meet budget targets. Identify and execute continuous improvement projects to secure annual cost savings, align with supply chain and hardware engineering teams to forecast capacity, and manage hardware procurement. Establish structured communication channels with suppliers, generate regular performance reports, and conduct risk analyses for management. Manage complex engineering projects from inception to completion, categorize tasks by critical importance, and resolve cross-functional friction to foster a collaborative culture. Requires 8 years of relevant experience and basic programming knowledge of Teradyne and Advantest platforms.
