Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Job Summary
Lead and mentor a small engineering team while prioritizing projects, assigning work, and ensuring timely execution of manufacturing, equipment, and product initiatives. Design custom machinery, fixtures, and production equipment to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput, then partner with production and continuous improvement teams to troubleshoot issues and implement sustainable corrective actions. Support new product introductions, drive design-for-manufacturability improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate test results and reduce costs. Requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years of manufacturing experience, and proficiency in Creo or SolidWorks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing, machine design, mechanical design, equipment development, or related fields
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial production environments
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience leading projects, mentoring engineers, or supervising technical personnel
