Job Summary
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager leads and develops the Manufacturing Engineering team while driving manufacturing excellence through Lean Manufacturing methods. Responsibilities include ensuring a safety-first culture, managing the engineering budget, supporting new product development, and optimizing manufacturing efficiency. The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, at least five years of operational leadership experience, and automotive industry experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree of technical studies (e.g. Mechanical, Industrial Engineering)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operational leadership
- Automotive experience
- Experience in people management
- Experience in project management
