Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or certifications
- 5+ years experience in a manufacturing/machining, forging, or powdered metal processes
- 3+ years progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
- Operating knowledge of Plex system and engineering software (CAD, Mastercam, CATIA, MATLAB)
