Manufacturing Engineering Manager - CCI/Speer

Manufacturing Engineering Manager responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the assembly and implementation of high-volume, repetitive production equipment and processes; oversee direct reports, participate in site strategy, provide strategic guidance for the Engineering department, manage capital projects on time and within budget, develop staff competency, implement policies and procedures, assist Safety with process hazard analyses and incident investigations, support QA with product testing and vendor interactions across locations, and require a BS in engineering with 5 years manufacturing experience (or AA with 8 years, or HS diploma with 12 years) along with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills; travel to other locations as needed; ITAR/EAR compliance and U.S. government export regulations considerations; salary range $117,400 - $164,400 per year; comprehensive benefits package.
