Job Summary
Manager of Manufacturing Engineering responsible for leading and managing a manufacturing engineering team on the Barracuda 500 program, overseeing the complete industrialization process from prototyping and design validation to establishing and scaling large-volume production lines; drive strategic direction, continuous process improvements, and cost reductions while ensuring manufacturing quality and regulatory compliance; develop production capabilities, collaborate with product development for manufacturability, oversee equipment installation and commissioning, manage budgets and training programs, and support successful product launches across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience developing products from scratch and scaling to production
- Proven track record of leading teams and cradle-to-grave ownership
- Experience driving process improvements in manufacturing
- US Citizenship required
