Job Summary

Lead and deploy best practices in the manufacturing process while supporting continuous improvement across various operations. Reduce manufacturing costs and improve material flow by setting up cycle times and performing other related duties as assigned. At the conclusion of the internship, prepare and present a live presentation on your experience to the management team. This entry-level role requires a 2-year technical degree (or active pursuit of a 4-year Engineering degree) with basic CAD knowledge and preferred familiarity with the engineering change process and GD&T.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-year technical degree
  • actively pursuing 4-year Engineering degree
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) technical preferred

Desired Qualifications

  • Basic Understanding of CAD
  • Basic understanding of engineering change process preferred
  • Basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) preferred
