Job Summary
Manufacturing Engineering Engineer responsible for manufacturing readiness, workstation setup, and tooling verification to prepare assembly workstations for production startup. Apply mechanical/electrical assembly knowledge, manage PCBA processes with emphasis on ESD compliance and soldering, diagnose workstation issues, ensure QA and ISO/QMS compliance, interpret drawings and work instructions, and collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance planning, spare parts management, and coordinating with external suppliers to meet engineering requirements; proficiency with MES/WSI documentation, digital work instructions, and CAD tools (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) is desired. Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork in a high-volume EMS environment is required. Training and diversity emphasis are noted as part of company policy.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering from a recognized University, College, or Polytechnic.
