Job Summary
Support manufacturing operations, process improvement, and quality assurance while completing an accredited academic qualification under experienced guidance. Analyze and improve manufacturing systems, resolve routine technical issues, and contribute to process development and validation. Prepare technical documentation, utilize digital tools and automation, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives like lean manufacturing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track inventory and manage data while adhering to health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Manage time effectively between academic coursework and workplace projects to develop engineering competencies.
Required Qualifications
- HS/Secondary school
- Eligibility and commitment to enrol in and complete a recognized Manufacturing Engineering apprenticeship program
- Basic understanding of mathematics
- Ability to follow procedures
