Job Summary
Manufacturing Engineer to drive continuous improvement across operations, develop and maintain SOPs, support day-to-day production and resolve manufacturing issues, conduct time studies and process improvements, lead root cause analysis and corrective actions, drive Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives, support New Product Introduction (NPI) ensuring design for manufacture and assembly, manage tooling/fixturing and layout changes, ensure EHS compliance including risk assessments and hazard management, and collaborate with Engineering and Project teams to improve processes and future-proof operations.
Required Qualifications
- HND or Degree in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in a production/manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of assembly processes and factory operations
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies (SMED, Poke-Yoke, TPM)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience in process improvements or automation
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
