Job Summary
Manufacturing Engineer role in our Duluth, GA facility focusing on LV electrical panels. You will collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve production processes; develop and update SOPs; provide technical assistance for assembly, testing, and packing of LV panels and prototypes; create detailed documentation including specifications, drawings, and BOMs; and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs using CAD tools, SAP, and lean manufacturing methods.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of electrical panel design, assembly and testing
- Proficiency in CAD software and engineering tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with SAP is a differential
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not offered
