Job Summary
Lead development and maintenance of methods, operating sequences, and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies; collaborate with other engineering functions to coordinate release of product improvements and new products; manage manufacturing engineering projects using DFx to estimate and reduce costs and improve quality; develop and implement test procedures and fixtures, evaluate results, and drive root-cause investigations; mentor lower-level engineers and contribute to training curricula; drive operational excellence and cost-effectiveness in a high-throughput semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 10-15 years of semiconductor manufacturing engineering experience
- ability to lead complex projects
- experience with lean principles, automation, and continuous improvement
- knowledge of design for excellence (DFx) principles
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
