Job Summary
Develop and support manufacturing processes from estimating through final product while collaborating with multiple department heads on process improvements. Attend customer calls alongside applications and sales engineers to assist in product flow and cost reduction initiatives. Implement quality system designs and drive continuous improvement across precision manufacturing operations. Work within a team environment to ensure product compliance and safety standards. This role offers diverse training spanning sales, research, development, and production to build comprehensive shop floor knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree (process, industrial or related field)
- Background in AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality systems
- Analytical Skills: Emphasis on critical thinking and problem solving
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to Detail: Committed to accuracy
- Experience/working knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Standing or sitting for long periods of time
- lifting up to 50lbs
