Job Summary
Senior Manufacturing Engineer to optimize automotive production processes, integrate PLC-controlled systems and Fanuc robotics, lead continuous improvement across safety, quality, and productivity, support equipment launches and APQP activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred
- Will consider experience in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and automated manufacturing systems
- Hands-on experience with Fanuc robotics programming, troubleshooting, and integration
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis methodologies
- Experience with automotive quality systems including IATF 16949, PFMEA, APQP, and control plans
- Knowledge of robotic welding, assembly automation, conveyors, and vision systems preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
