Job Summary
Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, Lean initiatives, and NPI readiness across production, tooling, and equipment installations, with data-driven problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing, process engineering, industrial engineering, or related experience
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with CAD software
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
