Job Summary
Analyze failed components in production to generate quality improvement proposals for existing and new products, acting as the bridge between development and manufacturing. Build and maintain test equipment, conduct approval tests for modified assemblies, and support development and transfer projects. Create process documentation, deliver technical training for production staff, and assist in supplier qualifications while analyzing electronics-specific quality issues with procurement and suppliers. This role offers a responsible position with significant autonomy within an international Life Science and medical device company. Flexible working hours and home office options are available.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. abgeschlossene technische Lehre, evtl. mit Meister, HTL, FH) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Medizintechnik oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung
- Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering oder in der Prozessoptimierung von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse von Produktions- und Fertigungsprozessen
- Technisches Verständnis in Mechanik sowie Grundkenntnisse in Elektronik, Optik und idealerweise Firmware
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- SAP-Kenntnisse
