Job Summary
Serve as the on-site lead for a primary satellite subsystem, focusing on enhancing productivity through identifying bottlenecks and implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methods. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, optimizing manufacturing systems, creating technical documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and successful project management. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience, and skills in artificial intelligence. Preferred qualifications include MES, ERP, and Power BI experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related technical field
- A minimum of 2 years in lean manufacturing, preferably in aerospace or automotive industries
- Artificial intelligence experience
