Job Summary
Identify and resolve technical challenges related to engineering and manufacturing processes while working closely with engineering and production teams to enhance design manufacturability. Develop and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, improve product quality, and reduce costs, ensuring designs align with production capabilities. Coordinate with production teams to maintain schedules and ensure on-time product delivery, conducting regular evaluations to ensure adherence to industry standards. Create and maintain accurate technical documentation and reports while providing technical expertise and support to both engineering and production teams. Requires a B.S. in Engineering with 5+ years of industrial experience, proficiency in CAD and ERP systems, and the ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Engineering or related discipline
- 5+ years of industrial experience
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CAD, ERP systems)
- Ability to read engineering drawings and a detailed understanding of industrial manufacturing
- Excellent technical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently, including management and execution of projects
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time both internationally and domestically
