Job Summary
Results-driven Manufacturing Engineer responsible for optimizing production systems, improving operational efficiency, and implementing scalable manufacturing processes across multi-functional environments. Utilizes lean manufacturing, workflow analysis, and process standardization to drive cost reduction, throughput gains, and safety improvements. Leads design and optimization of layouts, material flow, tooling concepts, and production methods; develops routings, BOMs, inspection procedures, and technical documentation; coordinates with maintenance, quality, and engineering to sustain equipment reliability; conducts root cause analysis and corrective actions; and drives continuous improvement from concept through implementation with data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration. Proficient with ERP systems (Infor LN), CAD/CAM tools, and production data analysis to support forecasting, scheduling, and operational insights.
