Job Summary
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will design and optimize manufacturing processes for a company experiencing growth through new capital investments. Responsibilities include utilizing 2D & 3D software for tooling design, implementing productivity improvements, conducting FMEAs, and leading cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Ability to use 3D modeling software (such as SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office
- Experience designing production tooling
- Experience performing root cause analysis and recommending design changes
- Experience creating work instructions and managing spare parts inventories
Desired Qualifications
- Tooling experience
- Project management experience
- Automation experience including robotics and PLCs
- Experience in heavy manufacturing environment
