Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process improvement and optimization
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, with a track record of successful implementation
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, automation, and quality control
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for designing and analyzing manufacturing layouts and tooling
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
