Job Summary
Support NPIs and production qualifications for product time to market by working with CMs and OSATs to source new materials and research BOMs. Document design reviews, BOM approvals, and engineering build reports while coordinating with Reliability Engineering on chamber operations and equipment maintenance. Track qualification lot progress and create tracking systems for failed units in collaboration with the Device Analysis team. Gain exposure to Assembly/Package Engineering and Failure Analysis functions within the Manufacturing Technology group.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in any related Eng field
- At least 2 years experience working in Assembly Manufacturing or Reliability Lab environment
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with Rel equipment or Bond Diagrams and assembly materials
