Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary
Develop and optimize mass production processes, design and evaluate manufacturing methods and equipment; provide technical support to production and maintenance; lead continuous improvement activities (Kaizen); develop and implement tooling for precise molded parts; perform process validation, equipment installation, and start-up; negotiate with vendors on equipment specifications and parts; maintain engineering documentation and support safety, quality, productivity, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 0–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Experience with SolidWorks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Travel domestically and internationally as required
