Job Summary
Manufacturing Engineer position focused on addressing process and part quality issues to ensure effective fabrication and assembly operations. Responsibilities include working with product lines to resolve quality issues, improving product reliability, tracking quality metrics, conducting Weibull Analysis, and developing recommendations for action based on data analysis. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field, basic Microsoft Office skills, and strong communication abilities to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or related field required OR equivalent industry experience
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Must be a self-starter
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
- Welding, fabrication, sheet metal, hydraulic, electrical or paint experience is a plus
- Ability to convey topics at both a technical and high level effectively
