Job Summary
Conduct production improvement projects focusing on OEE, statistical data analysis, and abnormal situation resolution to drive corrective actions. Participate in new production trials to evaluate standard work hours, material consumption, and productivity metrics. Establish and modify production department systems while promoting lean production initiatives. Assist the QCC team in following up on NC handling and executing defined actions. Requires a Bachelor's degree, data analysis proficiency, and fluent English skills. Located in Suzhou with manufacturing experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- Proficiency in data analysis and collection
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Good Microsoft office skills
- Manufacturing working experience
