Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary
Manufacturing Engineer to lead continuous improvement initiatives, diagnose equipment defects, streamline processes to enhance quality, material flow, and cycle times, and maintain accurate process documentation. Collaborate with Process Planning on new equipment, tooling, and process launches. Develop training programs to empower team members on new and modified processes. Requires engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical preferred), manufacturing experience (automotive industry a plus), proven troubleshooting and solution-implementation skills, and experience with developing, installing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment/processes. Lean principles knowledge (Six Sigma, JIS, OEE, etc.) is a plus. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
- Manufacturing experience (automotive industry a plus)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and implement solutions
- Experience with developing, installing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment/processes
- Understanding lean manufacturing principles (Six Sigma, JIS, OEE, etc.) is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in common computer programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
