Job Summary
Manufacturing Engineer to own manufacturing processes for low-volume, high-complexity electromechanical equipment; collaborate with design and development teams to review product designs for manufacturability; design and implement fixtures, tooling, and production aids to improve efficiency and quality; serve as a central liaison between engineering, purchasing, operations, and inventory teams; support production activities involving systems with integrated controls, automation, or software components; ensure smooth communication across internal departments and with customers when needed; drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, particularly with low-volume electromechanical assemblies or complex systems (e.g., automation equipment, robotics, motors, or similar technologies).
- Strong working knowledge of CAD for design review and tooling/fixture development.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions.
