Manufacturing Engineer (Propulsion)

Propulsion Manufacturing Engineer at Varda leads scale-up of propulsion system production from bespoke builds to concurrent high-volume manufacturing. Responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes for high-pressure fluid systems and propulsion hardware, collaborating with design engineers and technicians across structures, thermal protection systems, propulsion, and avionics to implement incremental improvements, refine floor layouts and product flow, develop standardized integration processes, assess and propose expansion of work-cell capabilities, coordinate with technicians and supply chain to prevent schedule delays, review work instructions for change recommendations, and identify tooling and training gaps while addressing non-conformance with root-cause corrective actions.
