Job Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer will develop efficient manufacturing systems and machining requirements, working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure all aspects of product design and quality are met. Responsibilities include investigating processes, verifying manufacturability of products, acting as a liaison between departments, reviewing product designs with SolidWorks, and developing manufacturing documentation. The role requires a self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset, proficiency in engineering principles, and ability to use power and hand tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in engineering discipline or equivalent
- 3 years engineering experience required; packaging industry preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- SolidWorks experience
- In-depth ERP experience
- Experience operating machining equipment
