Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end support for high-precision measuring instruments from prototype development through mass production, ensuring quality and driving process improvements. Evaluate tooling, sub-assemblies, and manufacturing processes for manufacturability and cost, executing type and component testing while managing prototype and pre-series logistics. Plan and oversee mass production operations by creating documentation, test plans, and training staff; systematically analyze failures to maintain product quality standards. Implement serial changes, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead cost analyses and supplier qualification efforts in collaboration with engineering and procurement teams.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder staatlich geprüfter Techniker im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau
- mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung in der Produktion, Projektarbeit oder Entwicklung technischer Geräte oder Systeme
- hoher Qualitätsanspruch
