Job Summary
Define production process parameters and implement processes with a focus on continuous improvement. Create and update Control Plans and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA). Develop training programs and materials while coordinating safety efforts with the Safety Administrator. Select vendors for equipment and materials, determine stock quantities for spare parts, and define preventative maintenance schedules. Initiate work orders for equipment issues and participate in planning personnel safety activities. Establish area goals to support production and strategic initiatives, developing and revising standard operational practices to ensure compliance. Support TS16949 and ISO14001 initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or five years of related experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field from an accredited college, university, or technical school
- five (5) years of related experience and/or training in engineering or manufacturing
- equivalent combination of education and experience
