Job Summary
Manufacturing Engineer responsibilities include assisting in contract review and clarifying customer requirements, reviewing and editing complex blueprints with machining allowances, collaborating on process routing changes, executing DCNs and implementing corrective actions with quality and manufacturing teams, and ensuring compliance with ISO, government, and other regulatory requirements. The role supports internal audits, updates internal procedures, and participates in customer/registrar audits. Skills include familiarity with CAD/CAM software, quality control concepts, Epicor and MS Office, strong problem-solving and mathematical abilities, and effective written and verbal communication. The position requires the ability to work in a team in a multi-tasked environment and physical capacity to inspect precision machined parts. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Required Qualifications
- Understanding of precision machining process
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and quality control principles
- Familiarity with Epicor and Microsoft Office programs
- Possess excellent problem-solving abilities, strong mathematical abilities, and proven verbal/written communication
- Ability to work self--directed and as a member of a team in a multi-tasked environment
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Can-do attitude
- Good attendance and performance work history
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
