Job Summary
Manufacturing Engineer responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and safety. Design and implement tooling, fixtures, layouts, and equipment to support production. Lead process development, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage projects from concept through completion, including large-scale efforts. Collaborate with operations, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and drive improvements. Provide hands-on support on the manufacturing floor and troubleshoot production challenges. Document and standardize processes, work instructions, and preventive maintenance procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or related) or a technical degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering Technology, Applied Sciences)
- 3+ years of experience in one or more related areas: manufacturing, industrial, quality, or process engineering
- 2+ years of experience with process development, tooling design, fixturing, and workstation layout
- 2+ years of experience with engineering tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or DraftSight
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
