Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in manufacturing engineering or mechanical engineering
- Developing and implementing manufacturing processes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Gears manufacturing
- Facilities management experience
- Proficient in CAD software, preferably Solidworks
- Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing technology including, precision grinding and CNC machining
- Experience with light automation, process flow and cell layout
- Strong leadership and communication skills
