Job Summary
Serve as the primary engineering resource for manufacturing issues impacting safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. Develop and maintain work instructions, standard work, process flows, PFMEAs, control plans, and manufacturing documentation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput, labor efficiency, cycle time, OEE, first-pass yield, and cost reduction. Lead root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies including 5 Why, Fishbone, DOE, and Pareto analysis. Design and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and automation solutions. Support implementation of engineering change orders, product revisions, and process changes. Validate new equipment, tooling, suppliers, processes, and product changes. Lead capacity, line balancing, workflow, and ergonomic improvement projects. Support new product introductions and manufacturing readiness activities. Analyze manufacturing data and KPIs to identify opportunities and prioritize improvement activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience

- Experience in high-volume manufacturing, automotive, EV, aerospace, or industrial production environments
