Job Summary
Develop and validate production processes for new products by translating design data into robust manufacturing workflows. Execute DfM and DfA activities, define routing and tooling concepts, and support prototype and initial production builds. Coordinate process validation, FAI, and readiness reviews while leading root cause analyses and PFMEA documentation. Lead or support industrialization projects, ramp-ups, and manufacturing readiness efforts to ensure successful transfer from development to series production. Maintain safety-first HSE compliance and manage stakeholder relationships across Design Engineering, Operations, and Quality. Contribute manufacturing input to business cases and offertes to optimize Quality, Lead Time, Technology, and Cost.
Required Qualifications
- Safety-first mentaliteit en naleving van HSE-richtlijnen
- Afgeronde technische HBO-opleiding of vergelijkbaar
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen Manufacturing Engineering, NPI of industrialisatie
- Ervaring met nieuwe productieprocessen en technologieën
- Kennis van toolingontwikkeling, procesvalidatie en industrialisatie
- Ervaring met PFMEA en probleemoplossing
- Kennis van ISO9001, AS9100 of vergelijkbaar
- Sterke stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden
- Ervaring met project- of programmamanagement
- Vloeiend Engels in woord en geschrift
