Job Summary
Manufacturing Engineer for multi-site operations responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing manufacturing processes and equipment; manage large and small-scale projects including timelines, capital requests, and budgets; lead new equipment purchases and on-site installation; drive cross-functional process changes, NPI support, cost savings, quality initiatives, and plant closures/idling as needed; requires travel up to 50% and a Bachelor’s in engineering with 10+ years of manufacturing/process engineering experience; proficiency with CAD (AutoCAD) and Microsoft Project; Lean/Kaizen experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years manufacturing and/or process engineering experience
- Significant experience in manufacturing processes including assembly in large-scale production operations
- Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale engineering projects (up to $1 million)
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Microsoft Project and CAD programs (AutoCAD)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong project management and budgeting skills; ability to travel up to 50%
