Job Summary
Manufacturing Engineer responsible for supporting plant operations and production efficiency across manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering functions. Hands-on role with leadership responsibilities, leading maintenance and manufacturing technician teams, troubleshooting shop floor issues, driving process improvements and cost-reduction projects, developing new manufacturing methods, tooling, and materials, assisting with prototype development for new or modified products, ensuring quality and efficiency across product lines, and providing technical support for heat exchangers and tubing systems.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering (or related)
- OR equivalent experience (1–3+ years)
- Experience in: Manufacturing processes & fabrication
- Tooling and process improvement
- Industrial maintenance or engineering support
- Knowledge of HVAC / heat exchanger systems (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
