Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
- Proven experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing principles
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong knowledge of CAD and CAE software
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of CAD and CAE software
- Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of safety and quality standards in the manufacturing industry
- Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE) certification is a plus
- Familiarity with ISO standards for manufacturing
