Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, GD&T, quality systems, cost control, and project management
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM tools, ERP systems, and data analysis platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
