Job Summary
Conduct root cause analysis on product defects, support data collection and trending, and perform measurements and verification testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement corrective actions while assisting in process improvements and equipment installation. Apply basic lean principles to enhance efficiency by eliminating non-value-added activities in manufacturing processes. Present outcomes to senior leadership and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. This internship targets high-performing undergraduates in Manufacturing Engineering or Mechatronics at an accredited university, based in Batu Kawan, Penang.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline at an accredited university
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong interest in manufacturing and process improvement
- Strong teamwork skills
