Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related technical field
- 5+ years of progressive engineering and/or technically focused roles and experiences
- Strong technical and problem-solving foundation
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Training and certifications in problem-solving methodologies such as 6-Sigma (green belt minimum, black belt preferred), 8D, RCA, 5-Why, Ishikawa (Fish Bone), Kepner-Tregoe, PMP
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
