Job Summary
Manufacturing Engineer III – E2E Delivery at Johnson & Johnson in Raynham, MA. Leads manufacturing engineering initiatives, develops detailed project plans for impacted product families, supports manufacturing areas to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, and coordinates the translation of manufacturing data for leadership communication. Performs hands-on equipment assessments and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ), creates SOPs and work instructions, supports NPI capital justifications and cost-benefit analyses, and collaborates with operations, planning, engineering, and quality teams to align validation strategies. Ensures compliance with FDA regulations and company policies, maintains documentation and change control in PLM, and may travel up to 10% domestically/internationally. Mentors junior colleagues and drives continuous improvement within a MedTech Orthopaedics manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Engineering experience
- Process validation experience
- Medical Device and/or regulated manufacturing work environment
