Job Summary
Develop and maintain methods and processes in part fabrication, lead manufacturing engineering projects, interface with engineering for product releases and improvements, drive ePLC deliverables, estimate manufacturing costs, and implement engineering change requests. Additionally, mentor lower-level engineers, evaluate work methods, develop business processes, and perform Process Failure Mode and Criticality Analysis. Job requires standing and working in tight spaces, with responsibilities including test procedure development and root cause analysis.

- Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline
- Basic knowledge of related disciplines
- Knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others
- Ability to solve complex problems and take new perspectives on existing solutions
- Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and work to build consensus
