Manufacturing Engineer II

Job Summary
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations, identifying opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction; enhance manufacturing methods and processes to improve product quality, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste; collect and analyze manufacturing data to evaluate production efficiency and provide data-driven recommendations; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with production teams; provide technical training on new processes, equipment, and best practices; develop and maintain documentation for equipment operation and preventive maintenance; ensure execution of tests and validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) with documented results; travel up to 50% to collaborate with automation vendors and facilitate knowledge transfer; spend the majority of time on the production floor; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) and 2-5 years of experience; OR 5-8 years of relevant technical experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
