Job Summary
Manufacturing Engineer II applying DFA, PFMEA, A3 problem solving, and DOE to improve manufacturing quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness; designs and implements equipment and processes; collaborates with the Lean/Continuous Improvement team to develop efficient processes and standard work instructions; owns item routings, work instructions, and process flow documentation; supports DFMA and new product development; creates SolidWorks drawings and BOMs/Routings in ERP; applies Lean principles to streamline operations and reduce waste.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience working with electronics or electro-mechanical products
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Welding, brazing, and/or soldering experience is considered a plus
