Job Summary
Manufacturing Engineer II needed to plan, design, and implement automotive exterior lighting manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include ensuring new product designs are manufacturable, maintaining assembly processes in production, providing day-to-day technical support and training for assembly lines, optimizing layouts and tooling, developing APQP deliverables (PFMEA, Process Flow Charts, Process Design Sheets), leading prototype/pre-production sample parts and ISIR reporting, supporting project macro- and micro-schedules to hit milestones, and identifying equipment and tooling needs for new processes. Relevant experience in a JIT automotive environment is preferred. Relocation assistance is offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline, plus 2 to 4 years of related manufacturing experience.
