Job Summary
Conduct daily diagnostic imaging coverage including identifying production floor improvement areas, running calculations, and researching future projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support specific Product Groups, implement Continuous Improvement and LEAN concepts, and establish current and future state plans using Engineering principles. Maintain capital project roadmaps, support equipment acquisition, and apply layout planning knowledge to optimize work procedures and takt time. Lead cross-functional initiatives while mentoring others in Engineering principles. This role offers relocation assistance for Warroad, MN, with a salary range of $82,000-$110,000.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical
- 3-5 years Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering experience
- A proven ability to communicate well with others and ask insightful questions
- Ability to use or learn AutoCAD and Inventor
- Ability to participate on, and lead, cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of manufacturing principals, procedures, and technology
- Ability and willingness to mentor others in the use of Engineering principals
- Project Management experience
